江嘉禾闻言点了点头说:“教练，自由滑配置有变动这件事情，我早就知道了。

你是不是忘记我也看了上报的节目配置表？”

李之森教练闻言笑着说:“我确实忘了你也看过自由滑节目配置表。

先去热身吧，快到最后一组了。”

江嘉禾闻言点了点头，随即起身开始了热身训练。

清冰结束前，江嘉禾和同组其他选手来到了冰场入口处，按照出场顺序排好了队，静静等待上场进行六练。

“Please line up six athletes in the order they appear in the petition and enter the ice rink one by one to prepare for the six minute warm-up training before the petition."

“请六位运动员按照比赛出场顺序排好队，依次进入冰场准备进行赛前六分钟热身训练。”

江嘉禾听到场内广播声后，并没有急着往前走，因为自己是最后一位，所以江嘉禾看着前面的选手走的差不多了才往前走。

江嘉禾进入冰场后，笑着滑到了一旁。

“本组第六位出场的运动员是江嘉禾，来自中国。”

江嘉禾笑着冲四周的观众挥了挥手，随后站在原地等待下一步通知。

“The warm-up training for the first six minutes of the petition in this group has officially begun.”

“本组赛前六分钟热身训练正式开始。”

六练开始后，所有选手都迅速开始投入到了练习中。

江嘉禾滑行一圈后，双腿大致呈八字型，左后内刃起跳，双手高举，在空中旋转四周后，用右后外刃着冰。

“本组赛前六分钟热身训练结束，请本组第一位出场运动员做好比赛准备，本组其他几位运动员先行退场，做好上场比赛准备。”

江嘉禾率先滑到了冰场出口处，拿起放在挡板上面的冰刀套扣好后，就小跑着回到了后台热身区。

江嘉禾坐在椅子上换下冰鞋后，就起身继续进行了热身训练。
